Our sterling silver 'Twisted heart' is part of our 'hearts and kisses' range and made in our UK workshop. Extremely tactile, this is a classic heart design that continues to be an Argent of London best seller and is extremely stylish. The diamond is 5pt and brilliant cut to give the piece that extra sparkle. Ideally the heart should be paired with a simple snake chain - we offer 14", 16", 18" and 20". We recommend threading the chain through the heart so that it hangs horizontally. Like all Argent of London designs the Twisted Heart necklace is hallmarked by the Assay Office. We also offer the heart with four diamonds.
