No two commissions are the same and we pride ourselves in being able to create custom made products with which you will be thrilled.

Argent is unable to accept any returns or offer refunds for any bespoke or special commision work; this includes sizing and engraving.

All non Argent products deposited or left with Argent of London is done so entirely at the customer's risk. We recommend that customers insure their products in case of damage or loss.
